Mouse Cupcakes
- Make cupcakes that look like Mickey or Minnie Mouse by using oreo
cookies for the ears and brown m&m's for eyes.

Pinwheels
- Mickey & Minnie's favorite snacks are light flaky and whirling
with cheese!
3 cups Bisquick
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2/3 cup water
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup pizza sauce
Heat
oven to 425ºF. Grease cookie sheet. Mix Bisquick, Italian seasoning,
garlic powder and water until dough forms. Turn dough onto surface
dusted with Bisquick; gently roll in Bisquick to coat. Knead 10
times.
Roll dough into 18x10-inch rectangle. Brush with melted butter.
Sprinkle with cheeses. Tightly roll up dough; pinch edge to seal.
Cut roll into eighteen 1-inch slices. Place on cookie sheet.
Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until golden. Heat pizza sauce until hot.
Dip pinwheels into sauce.Makes 18 pinwheel appetizers

Puppy Chow
9 cups Chex Cereal
1/4 cup butter
1 pkg (6oz.) chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter
11/2 cup powdered sugar
Microwave chips,
peanut butter and butter for 1 minute on high. Stir, microwave about
30 second more, until smooth. Add vanilla. Pour over cereal in a
large bowl and stir. Pour into a large ziploc bag, add powdered
sugar. Seal bag and shake Spread evenly on wax paper to cool
Mickey
Mousse
5 oz. semisweet chocolate, melted
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1/4 c. cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 egg whites
1/4 c. sugar
Melt chocolate over hot water. Remove from heat. Combine egg yolks
and cream. Gradually add to chocolate, stirring rapidly. Add vanilla.
Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into
chocolate mixture. Chill until firm
