1. How does your deposit work? The Sunday prior to the shipping date, we
pre-authorize the credit card for the deposit. On a regular credit card this will only be a hold against the credit limit. On a debit/credit card the banks will put the amount in your unavailable funds until we void the transaction out. For bank cards the money must be available in your account. We don't suggest you take it out of your register since its only a hold and because the banks just release it, you will not see the money come back in as a credit. (If you need further explantion of this please call us) Once the costume is returned we check for any damages and if everything is ok we void out the transaction. If the costume is not returned we process the deposit as a sale. If there are any damages we assess the damages and the charges will come out of the deposit.

 2. Why do you take a security deposit? Party Playhouse feels by holding a security deposit our costumes will be treated with care. We also feel that it will prevent people from keeping our costumes. The costumes cost over $550 and if a customer does not return the costume we need to replace it and the deposit will help recover the cost of the loss.

 3.When can I expect to receive the costume? Party Playhouse guarantees the costume to arrive the day before your party date. If we are able to ship the costume out early we will but cannot guarantee early shipment.

 4. How do we ship the costume back? You need to ship the costume back the same way the costume was shipped to you by FedEx. The return pre-paid label will be in the box. You will use the same box the costume came in unless the box is completely damaged and in that case we ask that you contact us.

 5. What size will the costume fit? Most of our costumes are made to fit an adult between 5'4" - 6'1". That does not mean that someone 5'2" cannot wear the costume it would just be a little longer on them.

 6. Do we need to clean the costumes? No. Party Playhouse cleans each and every costume when they come back from a rental. We use special detergents to clean the costumes and a special cleaning treatment to clean the heads of the costumes.

 7. Do your costumes look like the ones on the website? Yes! Party Playhouse is very picky about the quality of our costumes. We have the best looking costumes in the industry. You will be very pleased with the costume.

 8. Can we use a debit card? Party Playhouse accepts visa, master card, American Express and Discover. If you debit card has the visa or master card logo you can use it but if you are using the debit card for the deposit please understand that the deposit will be held against your account and you will not have access to that money.

 9. Do you ship the costume to my state? Yes Party Playhouse ship nationwide.

10. Do you sell costumes? Party Playhouse sells new and used costumes as well as rents. If you are looking for a new costume, costumes can take up to 3 weeks to be delivered. After a year of having our costumes we try to sell them to get new costumes in. Our used costumes are still in great condition.
